Аннотация
Статья посвящена проблеме воздействия социальных отношений на здоровье людей. Одно из направлений исследования этой проблемы связано с анализом социального капитала — сетевых ресурсов, доступных индивиду для решения жизненных проблем. Теоретическое основание — концепция позиционного сетевого капитала Н. Лина, согласно которой знакомство с лицами, имеющими высокий профессиональный статус, обеспечивает индивиду доступ к важным для здоровья ресурсам и улучшает его состояние. Предшествующие работы, проводившиеся в отдельных странах в разных частях мира, в общем подтверждают это теоретическое положение, однако остается неясным, почему воздействие социального капитала варьирует в разных странах и связано ли это с контекстуальными факторами их социально-экономического развития и особенностей культуры. Для прояснения этих вопросов использовались опросные данные Международной программы социальных исследований (ISSP) 2017 г. для 30 стран мира и сведения (статистические и агрегированные) о различиях между ними. Результаты проверки теоретических представлений о зависимости состояния здоровья от доступных индивиду статусных сетевых ресурсов продемонстрировали, что такие ресурсы действительно играют важную роль, способствуя сохранению здоровья. Было также показано, что влияние на здоровье статусного социального капитала зависит от культурного контекста и с большей отчетливостью проявляется при широком распространении в обществе доверия к другим людям.
