Аннотация
Статья посвящена проблеме влияния социального капитала на статусные неравенства в здоровье. Данные Европейского социального исследования для 27 стран (ESS Round 6, 2012) и сведения об этих странах (World Bank, Eurostat и др.) анализировались с помощью статистических методов иерархического двухуровневого моделирования. Во всех государствах, каким бы ни был уровень их благосостояния, обнаруживаются значительные неравенства в здоровье нижних и верхних слоев социальной структуры. Социальный капитал — сети взаимодействия, поддержки и доверие между людьми — способствует укреплению здоровья в любой общественной страте. Во многих странах проявляется буферный эффект — социальный капитал способствует сглаживанию статусных неравенств за счет более заметного улучшения самочувствия в нижних слоях по отношению к верхним. Такой эффект (при высокой статистической значимости) все же не очень силен и зависит от контекста. С большей вероятностью его можно обнаружить в наиболее продвинутых странах Европы — с высоким уровнем экономического развития, низкими доходными неравенствами и «социально-демократическим» режимом обеспечения государственных социальных гарантий. В менее развитых ее частях, представленных Россией и другими постсоветскими государствами, а также в странах с «либеральным» или «средиземноморским» режимами, компенсаторное воздействие социального капитала, как правило, не обнаруживается.
