Аннотация

Данная работа — одно из немногих современных обзорных исследований по проблемам креативности профессионалов в русскоязычной литературе. В статье проводится критический анализ существующих концепций креативности и моделей, описывающих влияние различных факторов на ее реализацию. Рассматривается вопрос, является ли креативность общим качеством или существует независимо для каждой узкой области деятельности. Обсуждаются возможности рассмотрения креативности как результата или как процесса деятельности.Поднимается вопрос о применимости результатов, полученных на основе исследования респондентов, представляющих западноевропейскую культуру, к российским условиям. Отмечается необходимость изучения креативности профессионалов на отечественном эмпирическом материале.
